​I am committed to supporting people that are ready to invest in themselves and are curious to discover what makes them unique. They want to create change in their lives, build new habits and live a fuller, more vibrant life. 

You’re here because something big is on your mind. You’ve been thinking about it for quite a while and are still not sure how to tackle it. 

Working with a coach might be new to you, so let me tell you how it works and how it can help you.

My 1:1 coaching sessions are designed to support you as you explore the change that has been spinning round in your head. Each session is unique and focused on helping you move forward in your learning and discovery. 

​You will​ uncover what your greatest sources of strengths and inspiration are, as well as how to use them to move forward. You will also get an understanding of what’s holding you back, and how to overcome it.

There are 3 core principles we hold true in our sessions:

You are the expert. You know yourself and your life better than anyone. When you are embarking on any behaviour change or new venture, you need to look deep within yourself and tap in to what you intuitively know. I commit to helping you explore your options, create accountability and challenge you to look at things through new lenses.


Knowledge is power. Learning about what makes you tick will enable you to set new goals and plan how to achieve them. Only by doing the inner work of self-discovery can you know where you are starting from, and where you want to get to.


Experimentation is the name of the game. Life can sometimes feel like it’s all or nothing. That’s not how I roll. Breaking down your goal into smaller chunks means we create experiments around each section and find out what suits you best. Let’s have a little fun and play on this journey!

 

What kind of things do people come to me to tackle?

People come to coaching for a number of reasons, and I’ll share some of them below: 

  • You’re health has taken a turn for the worse. Whether it’s a long term health condition you want to manage, weight you want to lose or just being focused on staying strong as you age, many people find the support of a coach invaluable as they embark on lifestyle changes. I’ve supported clients as they experiment with new ways of eating, try out new ways of being more active and navigate the expectations of people around them as they start making progress.
  • You are in a job that is sucking the life out of you. You started off full of ambition and now you barely manage to make it to Wednesday without reaching for wine or comfort food. You fear the morning alarm and are always talking about how much work you have going on.
  • You have a pretty cool idea of something you think could be a great business venture. You’ve been mulling it over for a while, but don’t think you have the expertise, time or finances to pursue it. But what you’re really scared of is waking up in 10 years and realising that you missed your chance. 
  • You are fed up of making small talk and want a safe space to talk frankly about what you want more of as well as what you want less of.

There is no place for small talk or fluff in our sessions. I support people that are ready to invest in themselves and start taking action!

If you recognise some or all of these issues, I see you. I see you trying your best to show up every day and do the best you can. I see you sometimes trying to convince yourself to just accept this is how life is, and I see that spark in you that won’t just accept it. 

You spend your time running around and playing it safe, and sometimes you want to stop and change direction. 

Maybe you just found that someone that can be there for you and help you get more spring in your step (hint: that would be me). 

What to expect from coaching?

This is a good question. And the answer is, it depends. 

It’s up to you what you get out of it. You get to decide what you go after, how big or small of a challenge you’re ready for. I will guide you, challenge you and help you uncover strengths you never knew you had or could use to help you. 

What I can tell you is that if you are ready to commit to yourself, to experimenting with new habits, you will see change happen.
