My friend shared this beautiful nugget today about tapping into what motivates her to take action. She wasn’t trying to follow someone else’s advice about how to do it, or looking for new ways to get motivated. She remembered what works for her and went with it.

Being attuned to what makes you take action is so important because we can often feel paralysed by choice and get stuck in a loop and potentially miss out on opportunities. For her, it was getting motivated by Pinterest, something visual and engaging that allowed her to use her creative and imaginative side of her personality.

She felt more energised and involved in her decisions, rather than being a bystander. For you, reading fiction could be your jam, or drawing, running, meditation.

Whatever it is, do what works for you and become a player in your decisions.
